SAHGA president Jason Otto asked me to post the following upcoming events, since he's temporarily without internet access:

Friday, February 10th is the sign-up deadline for the American Cancer Society "A" mountain climb. Eric Smith is collecting sign-ups, and needs names and money by then in order to get the t-shirts reserved. If you'd like to participate, please contact Eric by email or phone, or post a reply here. The climb itself is on March 11th. SAHGA fields a team every year, the bigger the better.

Next weekend, February 11th and 12th, Randy Kerchill is planning a road trip to Oatman Mountain. If you'd like to throw on with Randy, or meet the gang up there, please give him a call or reply here. Oatman is a terrific winter flying site, two nice launches, big LZs and lots of (dry) camping close by.

The next SAHGA meeting is at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, February 14th at the Pizza Hut on N. Campbell.
