Added an RSS feed

I've added an RSS feed to the SAHGA message board.
The RSS link at the top of the Forum Index can be dragged or copied into your RSS program. If you're logged in this link will require your forum login name and password the first time it's used. If you're a guest or not logged in, it won't need login but will not be able to see the Members Only forum messages.
For those who don't know what this is, RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication" and is a way of receiving SAHGA Message Board posts on your desktop. You can read about RSS at http://blogspace.com/rss/readers
To use RSS you must install an RSS client program ("RSS Aggregator"). There are many of these programs available at no cost. On Windows XP I prefer SharpReader (http://www.sharpreader.net), and for Windows, MacOS or various unix platforms there is BottomFeeder (http://www.cincomsmalltalk.com/BottomFe ... loads.html).
Once you've installed the RSS client you can subscribe to any of the many web sites and blogs that provide RSS feeds. The RSS client will periodically go out and check all your sugscribed sites for new headlines, and show them in it's window. It will do the web surfing for you, all you have to do is read the articles!

Not bad...
Fine, thanks. I'm gimping around on a cane now until the ankle is flexible enough to walk normally.
Email notification
John,
For those who are wary about having more programs running on their computer, is there a way to have an email sent to you whenever there's a new thread posted, or a reply to a thread that you haven't posted to?

change you "profile"
You can change your profile (see button in top middle left), to email you when there has been a reply to any thread that you've posted in, but I dont' think it sends you email for new threads.
