Eric has volunteered to cover the following:
Trim bushes in the LZ and grass for spot landing
Mark obstacles in the LZ with flags
Act as primary launch director for SE launch
Sponsor Thursday and Friday flying
Guide pilots at alternate sites if Miller Canyon weather doesn't cooperate
Provide his Suburban for transportation

John W., Aaron, and Ioan will handle the PG launch director duties
John L. will act as secondary HG launch director wherever and whenever needed
John W. will provide weather briefings
John W. will head the task committee and conscript others as necessary
John W. will provide his Yukon for transportation
Diana will drive
John L. will provide numbered loaner keys to all drivers so the gate can remain locked
