Yesterday, Chris and I were talking about things a pilot might need to consider before striking out on his first cross-country flight. Since my short flight provided some good teaching points, I’ll talk through it with the aid of the track log displayed on Google Earth.
This is not intended to be a comprehensive introduction to the topic, but it may be useful to anyone thinking about heading out on a cross-country flight during the next few months.
We’ll use join.me to connect. I recommend downloading the app so you can use join.me for the audio portion as well. But, you can also use a browser for the visual bit and a phone for the audio.
