I was up in Prescott for a class and headed out to Apache Maid one afternoon and it was spectacular! Lived in Flagstaff for a while but never got a flight with such smooth and abundant lift.

You need a Yale key to get to the launch (just below the Apache Maid Lookout). Fortunately for us there were some folks up there doing construction so we were able to take advantage of driving right up to the launch. Lots of good LZs below. Great place to camp.
