The Tucson Parks and Recreation department will hold a series of community-wide open houses to gather public input
on how it can best prioritize master planned improvements to Sentinel Peak Park (“A” Mountain). The department has
kicked off a process of information gathering that will result in a list of improvements to the park.

“We encourage everyone to participate in this process,” said Vice Mayor Regina Romero. “Sentinel Peak Park is a
regionally significant attraction, and hearing from residents about their priorities from the list of master planned
improvements is essential.”

In May, community-wide public open houses will be held at three locations within the City of Tucson. Please be sure
to attend the most convenient public open house and share your ideas. All meetings will be held from 5:30-7 p.m.
Dates and locations are as follows:
Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Archer Center, 1665 S. La Cholla Blvd.
Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at El Rio Center, 1390 W. Speedway Blvd.
Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at City of Tucson Parks and Recreation Administration, 900 S. Randolph Way

An online community questionnaire is available through June 1, 2017. To complete the questionnaire, please use the
