Brandon and I are meeting in Sahuarita at 10 to go to Box.

Winds are light out of the west in the morning but will switch to NW at noon or later and get stronger. Thermals will be a little lighter and smoother but will go high. A great day for beginning thermaling.

Kimberley offered to drive but I don't want her out there all day waiting for us so we have her as a backup plan in case we all get up and go somewhere and have no retrieve.

Get ski gloves, long pants, long sleeves and something to cover your face. It is going to be cold at 15,000.

The day looked good and there was lift out there. Unfortunately both Brandon and I hit massive sink early and weren't able to stay up.

I think my glider looked like a carrot to these guys
