I’m looking for volunteers to improve the Link Trail in Catalina State Park. The date is set for November 12th starting a 9:00AM. We plan to meet at the north end of Catalina State Park at the closed gate that has a cattle guard. The trail has had many years of erosion and with a few hands, the trail can be improved. I have talked to the Park Range and they are very open and willing to help with improving the trail. By adding a few water bars, moving some rocks to control the water flow, filling in deep holes and making ramps up to the big rocks, the trail can be improved immensely. If anyone is interested in helping, or just want more information, please send me an e-mail or call my cell.
