We rely on the membership to provide USHPA’s Calendar photography every year! While the wind is cold and too strong to fly, please encourage your fellow USHPA members to submit photos for the 2011 Calendars and win some prizes!

Please note: Photo submissions are NOT contingent upon sponsorship. All photos are welcome to enter the selection process.

PHOTO PRIZES
We have a prize as an added bonus this year! For the two cover photos selected, each photographer will receive a fleece jacket with the USHPA logo as well as our normal contributor pay ($50 for each month and $30 for smaller photos). Chapters, we encourage you to rally your members to submit photos.

SPONSORSHIP ARTWORK – June 18th
There will be one space per page available for sponsorship (see sample calendar page). This sponsorship space is 5.22w x 1.48h inches in the lower left hand corner of the calendar grid and will be seen EVERY DAY of the month!
Sponsorship slots are available on a first-come-first-serve basis determined by the first contracts received at USHPA. Faxes are allowed. Sponsors with 4 color ads will receive placement priority over black & white sponsors. Signed contracts & prepayment must be received by June 11th.

Sponsorship rates are different for each calendar since fewer paragliding calendars are printed.
Submit artwork via 300 dpi PDF, jpeg or tiff. The artwork should be sent full size, 5.22” w x 1.48” h. Files that are too big for email can be submitted through the USHPA FTP drop box located on http://www.ushpa.aero/calendarproject.asp

Sponsorship is completely independent from the photo selection process. While we will do our best to match photos with sponsorships, this can not be promised as it depends on the photos selected & sponsorship participation level.
